From September 14 to 17, the Ume-shu (Plum Wine) Festival will be held at KitanoTenmangu shrine♪

During the period, more than 140 kinds of Ume-shu, made of Japanese sake, fruits liquor, Shochu (clear liquor made of rice, sweet potato, wheat or chestnuts), or brandy, can be tried.

In addition, Kyoto style Wagashi (Japanese confectionery) and Tsukemono (Japanese pickles) are offered to be enjoyed along with Ume-shu.
